400 REP WORKOUT, < 30 MIN

I've been a bit fatigued the last few days, so tonight I made a up a rep-based workout & took my time completing it.  To make it more challenging, complete the workout as quickly as you can with good form, add jump rope between exercises, &/or make the squats & dead-lifts harder by adding a jump.

Sumo Squat + 1 knee to elbow, alternating the knee up; Sandbag on shoulders.  I had ~16# in my bag
Do not use a sandbag or other weights.

Side plank lifts

Do not use weights/sandbag.

1-arm tricep pushups (tutorial)

It took me 21:30 to complete the main workout, 26:27 including the bonus.  I warmed up with stretching, 10 min walk/run on the treadmill, & cooled down with 5 min walk/run on the treadmill & 12 min stretching.  Unless you are also fatigued, try to beat my time!
